Little Einstein Birthday Cake

This birthday cake is themed with the Rocket and the “Little Einsteins” friends. So cute!  made of a buttermilk and chocolate cake with complimentary icings.  Our birthday boy, Charlie, who is even cuter, turned 2.  His mother wanted him to have a Smash Cake — a new trend that seems a terrible shame to this baker – and so the rocket ship was the Smash Cake, and the bottom portion was for the adults to enjoy!

The spaceship is an all chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, the bottom cake is a French Vanilla/Buttermilk cake with buttercream icing.
