Stuffed with Chantilly whippped cream…. the most decadent, perhaps of all the things we make at YaYa Sweets…yes, that’s Chantilly cream with a cherry on top!

These lovely yeast-risen cakes are studded with cherries or dried fruit, and soaked in a hot rum apricot syrup. They are then stuffed with vanilla chantilly cream…wonderful!
